    Job Description Job Description HR CoordinatorThis role is located in Irving, TX 75061
    Position Type: 6+ month assignment to start (potential to extend/convert)

    Pay:
    $24.00 per hour W2Schedule: 40 hours per week; M-

    Fo Overview:

    provide HR support and be a positive force of administrative effectiveness and engagement in the workplace.o Maintain accurate employee records including new hire files, attendance records, and other HR related documentation.o Process new hire files and I-9 documentation.

    Create and administrate employee badges.

    Support plant safety initiatives.o Assist with employee random drug screening administrative processo Assist in preparation and facilitation of open enrollment benefit processeso Assist in employee pre-hire and onboarding processeso Schedule and coordinate on-site interviews with recruiting agency and key plant stakeholderso Prepare weekly hourly employee payroll through Kronos system and daily timecard reviewal managemento Assist in administration and improvements of employee recognition systemso Wellness, Inclusion, Diversity, Equity Team Supporto Training and Development SupportQualifications:o 2 years of HR/administrative support experience preferredo High School Diploma Requiredo Microsoft Officeo Nice to have: payroll experience; large company experienceCompany Description The Fountain Group is a nationwide staffing firm with over 80 Fortune clients.
