    Human Resources Manager - Grand Prairie, United States - Judge Consulting Group

    Description
    1. Develop local plans for HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety in line with the Group policies
    2. Support the human factor in the company by deploying strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, and career planning
    3. Serve as the point of contact for employment relations
    4. Coordinate recruiting and hiring process
    5. Coordinate temp workforce including the temp payroll reports
    6. Administer all benefit plans
    7. Negotiate best pricing for temp agencies
    8. Participate in all audits (401k, Customer, OSHA, Workers' Comp, etc.)
    9. Represent Baumann Springs in any personnel related hearings and investigations
    10. Prepare employee and compensation reports as required
    11. Maintain the payroll system including time and attendance
    12. Keep current and ensure compliance on all Federal and State laws such as FMLA, ADA, labor laws, etc.
    13. File annual EEOC report and any other federal reports as required
    14. Ensure company policies are communicated and enforce fairly and consistently
    15. Investigate all claims of harassment, discrimination, and employee conflict
    16. Ensure that benefits are the best available. (i.e. insurance value for price)
    17. Manage unemployment claims
    18. Review audit and approve temp billings, insurance billings and any other billings related to HR
    19. Manage employee verifications (unemployment, employment, state aid, & housing)
    20. Manage employment child support and garnishment payments
