    Description

    Our client a leading firm in the architectural design and planning industry is seeking two experienced and dynamic professionals to join our team as Architects or Architectural Designers. This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled individuals passionate about shaping the future of urban landscapes through innovative and sustainable design solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and oversee technical drawings across all phases of project development (Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Construction Administration).
    • Work primarily on large-scale transportation projects, including collaborations with the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA), among others.
    • Contribute to a diverse range of projects beyond transportation, including correctional facilities, behavioral health centers, medical facilities, and civil buildings. Please note that we do not engage in residential projects.

    Qualifications:

    • A professional degree in Architecture, with licensure as an Architect preferred.
    • 4 to 12 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project management.
    • Proficiency in MicroStation and Revit is essential.
    • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in technical drawing and architectural design across various project phases.
    • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams.
    • A commitment to excellence and continuous development in the field of architecture.

    What We Offer:

    • A competitive salary range of $65,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience.
