    Director of Franchise Development

    Onsite: Salt Lake City, UT

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented Head of Franchise Development to lead our franchise sales efforts and be a key driver of growth.

    Position Overview:

    The Head of Franchise Sales will lead the strategic planning and execution of franchise sales initiatives for Fiiz Drinks and other startup brands in our portfolio. This key leadership role will involve developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building relationships with potential franchisees, and driving the expansion of our franchise network.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Franchise Sales Strategy:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive franchise sales strategies for Fiiz Drinks and other startup brands, aligning with overall business objectives and growth targets.
    • Identify and capitalize on market trends and opportunities to drive franchise sales.
  • Prospective Franchisee Engagement:
    • Lead the recruitment process for potential franchisees, conducting initial assessments, presentations, and negotiations.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective franchisees, guiding them through the franchise discovery process.
  • Franchise Sales Team Leadership:
    • Manage and lead a high-performing franchise sales team, providing guidance, training, and support.
    • Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring the team achieves and exceeds goals.
  • Brand Representation:
    • Represent Fiiz Drinks and startup brands at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase franchise opportunities and attract potential partners.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional materials and campaigns to support franchise sales efforts.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders:
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including operations, marketing, and legal teams, to ensure a seamless and effective franchise sales process.
    • Collaborate with leadership to contribute to overall business strategy and growth planning.

    Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated success in franchise sales.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of franchise laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
    • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
    • Track record of building and managing successful sales teams.
