**Job Summary:**
Responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of the facility from production and logistics to ensuring, training, scheduling and maintenance. Develops processes to maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity. Drives improvement and optimization of all processes.
**Job Duties:**
Plan, organize, direct and run day-to-day warehouse operations to exceed our customers expectations
Oversee B2C fulfillment & B2B production
Implement proper procedures for shipping and receiving
Maintain inventory control and organization of warehouse
Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
Implement employee training processes & procedures
Lead training initiatives
Monitor workplace performance
Improve on current QC processes and procedures
**Experience/Requirements:**
Minimum 2 yrs experience in a Warehouse, Operations, or General Manager role
Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise
Knowledge of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes
Good team building, decision making and people management skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Fork Lift Certified / Train staff
**Physical Requirements:**
Ability to regularly stand for prolonged periods of time
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to bend, pull, push, squat, lift and reach throughout the day
