Position Objectives
Drive franchise performance metrically and culturally.

Lead, coach and support a team of 30-50 team members.

Deliver elite level customer service representing the largest junk removal service in the world.

Work side by side with the General Manager to grow the franchise's clientele and the team that services them.

Demonstrate energy, enthusiasm and the willingness to learn, coach and develop.

Identifies and prevents problems through critical thinking skills.

High level of organization and scheduling skills.

Education and experience

Compensation and benefits:

$50,000 - $60,000

Complete insurance credit eligibility after 60 days.
