- Process cash receipts and conduct collection calls or correspondence.
- Provide exceptional customer service, review account adjustments, and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor and maintain accounts, handling customer calls, adjustments, and reconciliations.
- Process billing and credit card payments, striving to reduce delinquency for assigned accounts.
- Communicate effectively, following up in a timely manner and documenting all communications.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Associate Degree or equivalent experience required.
- Knowledge of Collections procedures in a Business-to-Business environment, including International and Domestic collections.
- Business-to-Business Billing Experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, goal-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
- 1+ years of accounts receivable and accounting experience required.
- 2+ years of collections experience within machinery manufacturing Required.
- Thorough understanding of accounts payable and receivable practices required.

- Salary range $40,000 - $55,000 per annum
