    Description

    Doug Psaltis, and the team behind Andros Taverna (Logan Square) and Asador Bastian (River North Arts District) are seeking qualified Sous Chef candidates for a new project slated to open June 2024 in Logan Square.


    You will work closely alongside Chef Doug in addition to the Executive Chef and CDC, assisting in the creation and establishment of a new concept and it's operations.


    The ideal candidate is a positive, influential leader that is experienced in coaching and developing prep and line cooks to reach their fullest potential.

    In addition, we seek passion and versatility in order for us to provide a strong foundation for future growth withint he company.
