- Assist in driving the implementation life cycle for development of programs.
- Identify, analyze, and develop training for SAS Solutions, targeted skills, technologies, industries, and/or business areas and determines the most appropriate media for the delivery of content.
- Conduct classroom training sessions. These may be modules of a large course or an entire course.
- Lead and Facilitate role-play sessions in various training courses/environments and provides coaching.
- Lead and/or facilitate distance learning courses.
- Utilize complex sales concepts and techniques.
- Participate in project meetings and knowledge transfer activities with various teams and Subject Matter Experts.
- Expand professional field of expertise through proactive research and cultivation of relationships both inside and outside SAS.
- Create and maintain electronic shared repository of program management information for training and consulting support programs.
- Performs other duties, as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 12+ years relevant experience
- Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.

- Previous experience scoping, designing, and delivering training interventions for various sales audiences.
- Demonstrated proficiency in surveying and analyzing the professional development and training needs of various stakeholders, including sales executives and management.
- Demonstrated experience providing expert guidance and coaching to Sales Leaders.
- Current professional coaching certification accredited by the International Coaching Federation.
