Primary

Responsibilities:
Learning about all products lines of health and life insurance and training agents with

new and relevant changes

Developing a communication schedule for monthly trainings and webinars

Daily management of Insurance quoting software and its users

Assist the Agent Services team in the on boarding of new agents and agency partners

Communicate project status updates and analysis to heads of other departments via Asana

Primary Skills &

Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with team members, agents and carriers

Project management excellence with attention to detail

Eagerness to learn our niche industry and effectively create content for our customer base

Ability to work independently while staying on task

Positive attitude, taking critique and direction well

Must take initiative to help and resolve issues

Proficiency in excel, Asana and 123forms
