    Job Description:

    As the Locally Outsourced IT Sales Representative for NerdsToGo, you will play a crucial role in providing cutting-edge IT solutions tailored for small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs).

    Our focus at NerdsToGo is on promoting local IT outsourcing for SMBs, and as a Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of driving this initiative forward.


    Responsibilities:
    • Client Acquisition:
      • Identify potential SMB clients benefiting from locally outsourced IT services.
      • Utilize cold calling, email marketing, networking events, and existing contacts.
      • Present customized IT solutions to address each SMB's specific needs.
      • Participate in trade shows and business events on behalf of NerdsToGo.
    • Client Relationship Management:
      • Establish and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients.
      • Ensure that NerdsToGo remains the preferred local IT provider by understanding client requirements.
      • Handle client inquiries, feedback, and potential issues promptly.
    • Sales Metrics and Reporting:
      • Track sales leads, conversions, and client feedback.
      • Prepare sales reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
      • Achieve sales targets in alignment with franchise goals.
    • Product Knowledge:
      • Stay updated on the latest trends in locally outsourced IT services and technology.
      • Participate in regular training sessions and workshops.
      • Collaborate with the tech team for seamless client integration.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (Preferred but not mandatory).
    • 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the technology or IT outsourcing sector.
    • Understanding of locally outsourced IT services and the SMB landscape.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
    • Ability to build relationships and network effectively.
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven mentality, comfortable in a dynamic environment.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting methods.

    Compensation:
    $35-$100,000.00 per year IT SERVICE PROFESSIONALS
