    M1 is looking for a Maintenance Operations Analyst:

    Job Description:

    • Conducts daily Maintenance Analyst and Data Base Management duties.
    • Monitors, collects, assembles, and audits data for reports, briefings, studies, and problem identification.
    • Completes aircraft and aircraft systems special studies and investigations and performs statistical analysis and reports findings with
    recommendations as required.

    • Prepares visual media for analysis studies.
    • Will provide monthly airframe, facility and personnel capabilities, attrition, and spare factors for use in planning the annual Flying Hour
    Program.

    • Will build spreadsheets, create formulas, pivot tables and macros to populate charts & graphs illustrating aircraft performance goals and
    fleet status.

    • Will use aircraft standards and formulas to determine trends.
    • Tracks and publishes maintenance performance indicators daily and generate monthly 9302 maintenance performance indicator report.
    • Will create and publish the monthly Health of Fleet (HOF) slides for Maintenance supervision.
    • Manages and operates maintenance management information systems (MIS) and performs functional system administrator (FSA) duties.
    • Coordinates and schedules MIS products, retrievals, and other programs.
    • Identifies problems and recommends and applies corrective actions related to MIS operation and maintenance.
    • Maintains Data Integrity Team (DIT) data for all sections.
    • Receives technical guidance from managers, supervisors, and leads as required.
    • May be required to obtain and maintain special certifications as directed by management.
    • Reviews and completes forms documentation pertinent to aircraft or equipment maintenance, enters maintenance actions into applicable
    MIS system and will make entries in forms, logs, records, or electronic equivalent as required.

    • Complete all assignments and tasks as directed by managers, supervisors, or leads.
    Additional Requirements:


    • High school diploma or GED is required. Mathematics skills are desirable
    • Must speak, read, write, and understand English with the ability to interpret technical data and special operating instructions in the same
    language.

    • Must be willing to deploy to support off-station requirements.
    • Performs housekeeping duties within 100 feet of assigned work areas (excluding bathrooms).
    • Performs vehicle use inspections, cleaning, and wash.
    • Performs any other supportive duties as assigned.
    • Must be physically capable of performing all assigned duties.
    • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance (or higher, if required).
    • Must be able to, if required, obtain, and maintain a government driver's license. If controlled movement area (CMA) access is required
    must be able to pass color vision test.

    • Environment ranges from office, hangar and flightline and requires extensive climbing, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, kneeling,
    stretching, and walking demands.

    • May be required to work in other work sections throughout the contract.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Minimum of 6 years performing as a USAF or sister service fighter aircraft Low Observable technician.
    • Must be able to obtain and maintain any Special Access Program (SAP) requirements to perform the position.
    • Working knowledge of MIS systems, forms documentation and strict adherence to aircraft technical data is required.
