- Pick items from inventory based on order sheets and ensure accuracy in selection.
- Oversees packing of orders are done securely and efficiently, paying attention to product protection and presentation.
- Process shipments using shipping software or systems, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the shipping area.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

- Bilingual in Spanish/English.
- Some college experience preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or shipping environment preferred but not required.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping software/systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and willingness to adhere to them.
- Willingness to undergo a background check.
