    Job DescriptionExecutive Assistant

    LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a non profit organization in Phoenix who is in search of an Executive Assistant to support their CEO. This job is fully on site, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor Degree, as well as a few years of Executive level support and/or project management experience. The hourly range is between $$28/hr-$33/hr DOE.

    As the primary point of contact for the CEO, you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between the CEO, board members, clients, and external stakeholders.

    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the main liaison between the CEO and various stakeholders, including team members, clients, and external partners.
    • Manage the CEO's calendar and coordinate meetings on their behalf.
    • Record meeting minutes, distribute them to relevant parties, and maintain organized archives.
    • Screen and direct emails and phone calls for the CEO, managing correspondence distribution.
    • Prepare materials for CEO and ELT meetings, ensuring all necessary information is organized and readily available.
    • Coordinate administrative activities related to the Board of Directors, including meetings, committees, and engagements with board members.
    • Format internal and external communications, such as memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
    • Generate and present reports as required.
    • Plan and organize events, providing logistical support as needed.
    • Offer general assistance to visitors meeting with the Executive Leadership Team.
    • Manage projects assigned by the CEO and Board of Directors.
    • Ensure timely distribution of monthly communications from the CEO to the Board of Directors and all team members.
    • Facilitate travel and accommodation arrangements for the Executive Leadership Team.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • At least 2+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a nonprofit or corporate environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

    Pay Details: $28.00 to $33.00 per hour
