    STAFF ACCOUNTANT
    Pittsburgh, PA

    OVERVIEW OF THE STAFF ACCOUNTANT ROLE:

    • Perform day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
    • Prepare financial statements, reports, and analyses on a monthly and quarterly basis.
    • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and streamline processes.
    • Support external audits and tax filings as needed.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE STAFF ACCOUNTANT:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
    • 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate industry.
    • Proficiency in accounting software (Yardi) and Microsoft Excel.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
