    STAFF ACCOUNTANT

    ABOUT THE COMPANY:

    • Our client is an industry-leading packaging solutions organization with a proven track record of delivering exceptional projects. With a strong presence in their industry, our client is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to join their team as a Staff Accountant.
    • As a Staff Accountant, you will be an integral part of our clients finance team, supporting the financial operations of their real estate development projects. You will contribute to accurate financial reporting, budget management, and financial analysis, ensuring the continued success and growth of our clients projects.

    OVERVIEW OF THE STAFF ACCOUNTANT ROLE:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
    • Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and budgets
    • Staff Accountant performs bank and account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
    • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of project budgets, including tracking expenses and revenue.
    • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding payments and billing inquiries.
    • Support the finance team in conducting financial analysis and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
    • Staff Accountant assists with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR STAFF ACCOUNTANT ROLE:

    • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of accounting or finance experience
    • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
    • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
