- Responsible for providing input on strategies and contributing to the financial oversight including tracking of all initiatives, through creation and monitoring of robust business cases
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues and communicate resolution. Partner with internal Team and Sales Leaders communicating results. Provide inputs and recommendations to improve processes and controls.
- Partner with Stakeholders to provide valueadded insights to drive needed actions through financial analytics and business performance measurements. This includes leading and collaborating on crossfunctional Margin Improvement initiatives as well as key Monthly / Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Reviews dashboards, KPI's and analyzes reports. Responsible for ensuring Segment performance of Local Sales & applicable initiatives, strategies, and goals. Monitor and communicate key risks/opportunities each period ensuring alignment with other functions.
- Ensure that adherence of deadlines, check ins and priorities are aligned with company objectives. Attend Sales Leaders' staff meetings and communicate financial performance.
- Accountable for ensuring that Sysco's Accounting Policies and Procedures (e.g., FAMM) and US GAAP are adhered to, including SOX (Sarbanes Oxley) control, for assigned Local Account Customers. Also responsible for monitoring assigned Local Customer compliance to our Master Services Agreement and bring awareness to opportunities for improvement where necessary.
- Work collaboratively with others within and outside of the function to identify, develop and implement process improvement plans, simplify, and improve processes, reduce costs, prevent loss, and to ensure that work is completed accurately and on time.
- Manage relationships with cross functional peers, Leadership, and External Customers where applicable.
- Prepare executive level presentations such as region and market MBR's, QBR's, and AGP in a manner that is easily understood, providing concise information to make timely decisions as well as communicating all areas of risks and opportunities to drive the best outcomes for the organization. This includes the Sysco Executive Leadership Team and Local Sales Senior Leadership Team

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Market Share Growth
– Ability to pull data to create decision making opportunities, report results/tracking and/or model variations; and provide ad hoc sensitivity analysis and scenarios.
Problem Solving
Regularly attend and/or lead strategic, partnership meetings and take an active seat at the table.
Be a key contributor for the design, compliance, and control of strategic initiatives and other significant or transformational Local Sales or Customer Experience transactions.
Collaborate with Sysco Global partners where there are shared Local Account Customers to ensure strategic alignment on proposals and provide Executive Team with an Enterprise view of Customer's P&L.
– Assist in the management of the overall budget for the Segment assigned. Additionally, partner with the relevant teams to ensure all accounting matters are properly assessed, communicated, and included in the forecast. This includes building, supporting and executing the Field Annual Growth Plan (AGP) for all assigned Local Sales Customers as well as providing the complete volume and profitability forecast for assigned Local Sales Customers each month to FP&A.

Work on other ad-hoc projects requested by executive management and other leadership positions.
REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
BA or, an equivalent combination of education and experience (5+ years) sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job
1-3 years of work experience in a corporate setting, with emphasis on areas such as reporting development, financial planning and analysis, business analytics, and financial modeling
Strong Commercial focus, with exposure to multiple business/functions and excellent business partnering skills.
CERTIFICATIONS AND/OR TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
ABILITIES AND SKILLS:
Proficient use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook)
Advanced proficiency in Excel preferred (VBA, macros, scripts, formulas, data visualization, etc.)
Technical skills preferred (SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, etc)
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently
Demonstrate strong, proactive problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate across multiple levels of the organization
