    Position Summary

    Journey with us Are you a numbers expert who enjoys digging into data to pinpoint trends? Join Memorial MRI & Diagnostic as a Finance & Operations Analyst to translate data into actionable recommendations to leadership as our company continues to grow.

    You will be working on projects alongside our team, all the while developing relevant skills to become a future leader.

    The role will be responsible for supporting analysis and operational needs for the organization including

    data analytics, dashboard building, KPI modeling and root cause analysis . The role will also support the creation, updating, and editing of technical information, department presentations, etc


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    Review, audit and summarize financial & operational data to create clear, concise executive summaries and presentations.
    Develop and manage reporting and data visualization tools to assist leadership with managing KPIs and making informed decisions.
    Translate data findings into actionable recommendations to management.
    Conduct thorough and accurate data analysis to identify areas for process improvement and operation efficiency.
    Review large data sets to find the root cause of performance trends and indicators.

    Collaborate with business partners to gain an in-depth understanding of processes, challenges, and strategies to explain issues and recommend solutions.

    Manage analysis and data projects and provide status updates.
    Understand back-end data and how it interacts with relevant databases.

    Requirements


    Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills:
    Bachelor's degree
    At least 3 years of relevant experience
    Knowledge of SQL with strong analytical skills
    Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VBA
    Experience with Tableau and/or other reporting/visualization tools
    Excellent communication and organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail
    Self-motivated team player who can success in a dynamic fast-paced work environment

    Preferred:
    ERP/ERM system implementation experience
