- Manages record retention and enforces Company policies and procedures as required.
- Oversee all Facility operational jobs.
- Responsible for repair & maintenance of facility and equipment as required.
- Schedules and directs daily work.
- Responsible for incident/accident investigation
- Ensure compliance with all Safety, Environmental and Operating Standards
- Handle and load and unload bulk material
- Work additional hours to meet business demands.
- Identify opportunities for system & process improvements; deliver initiatives with sensitive timelines.
- Demonstrate strong initiative, work ethic, and dedication to system implementation.
- Prioritize excellent customer service to business stakeholders through the fulfillment of system needs and automated solutions.
- Develop and implement technology or data strategies by engaging key stakeholders, train others on use of technology.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree required. Experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 3+ years of agriculture experience required.
- HAZMAT training required.
- Knowledge of mixing, loading, and application of pesticides/fertilizers
- Able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
- Travel to market areas in other states may be required.

Salary range $69,650-$101,703 annually. This range is estimated for a Operations Supervisor in Fresno, CA. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.
We provide an attractive benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage, and life insurance and well as disability coverage for positions working more than 30 hours per week. In addition, we have a retirement program that encourages our employees to save for the longer term, with generous matching employer contributions. Details of the benefits package will be shared in the application process.
In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan and long-term incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
