Responsibilities:
We're looking for a Clinical Supervisor to join our Community Regional Neuroscience ICU unit In this 30-bed unit, you will have the opportunity to lead and collaborate with a close-knit team of 110, caring for various comorbidities, including trauma, epilepsy, intracranial aneurysm, tumors, multiple sclerosis, spinal injury and more. You will be a proactive leader with exceptional communication skills that pays meticulous attention to detail, continually fostering teamwork and collaboration. From overseeing day-to-day operations, to assisting in staff development and budget, to implementing and assessing care, you will be essential in ensuring an optimum level of care. Qualifications:
