    The Research/Program Analyst shall provide professional support services to assist ACF in conducting Research/Program Analyst activities, including:

    • Conduct research and analysis on assigned subject matters, and present information in usable format for review and/or integration to support overall task or project objectives.
    • Assist with the development of study designs, sampling strategies, and analytical plans.
    • Utilizes appropriate systems, tools, and technology to collect and analyze data.
    • Contributes to the development of artifacts and documentation to include guidelines, protocols, reports, manuscripts, processes, and publications.
    • Identifies issues, gathers, and analyzes information, and develop advice and guidance to resolve substantive problems affecting the effectiveness and efficiency of Repatriation operations in a program or program support setting in support of ACF's mission assignments.
    • Contributes to the development and execution of project or task plans and interfaces with government and contractor personnel. May be assigned the liaison during repatriation deployment incidents.

    Skills and Experience:

    Program Analysts use strong problem-solving and analytical skills to help the OHSEPR organizations improve their programs. A successful Program Analyst shall have the following skills and qualifications:

    • Firm understanding of industry best practices and the repatriation program.
    • Strong spreadsheet and presentation skills.
    • Unrestricted work authorization.
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
    • Ability to calculate statistics like mathematical averages and percentages.
    • Ability to work independently and with a team.
    • Ability to adapt to changing technology.
    • Effective communication skills.

    Education:

    The Research/Program Analyst shall have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and a minimum of 4 years of professional Research/Program Analyst experience.
