Independence Marketing Group (IMG) is a leading insurance dedicated to supporting our insurance agents an offering solutions. We are currently seeking a dynamic Call Center Representative to join our team.

This role involves proactive communication with our existing agents and reaching out to potential new agents to introduce them to our services.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to existing agents to inform them about training sessions, new technology available, and upcoming networking events.
Contact new agents to introduce them to IMG's services and the benefits of partnering with us.
Assist in administrative tasks related to hiring and onboarding new agents.
Collaborate with the marketing team to manage and schedule events.
Maintain uptodate knowledge of IMG's offerings and promotions to provide accurate information to agents.
Perform followup calls to ensure agents are engaged and have all the information they need.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
