- Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and offer appropriate products and services.
- Have your Health Genral Lines License
- Complete pre-licensing and pass the licensing exam (for unlicensed applicants).
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and compliance with all insurance laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Achieve performance targets and contribute to team goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated self-starter with a commitment to learning and professional development.
- Ability to complete pre-licensing education and pass the state insurance license exam (assistance provided).
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is beneficial but not required.
- Competitive base salary and commission.
- Cost of licensing and examination will be reimbursed upon successful issuance of your insurance license.
