    Job Description

    Remote but must be local to SE MIchigan- may have to come in for occasional meetings.

    Required:

    3-5 years of Project Lead experience .


    Manage the risk, decisions and dependences to support the business and IT delivery leads responsible for development and implementation of regulatory projects.


    Responsibilities:
    Develop business cases, build timelines, drive stage gates, define and manage scope, and lead project processes utilizing best practices.
    Develop summaries of project schedules, identify dependencies, risks and issue mitigation.
    Support monitoring project status for significant deviations in quality, cost or schedule
    Support meeting facilitation, meeting management and project coordination.
    Support the development and facilitation of business decisions, presentations and project status.

    Breaks down a diverse set of complex projects into clear, actionable phases with deadlines and clearly communicates project milestones, deadlines, and changes to all stakeholders with the ability to develop and provide risk mitigation plans.

    Required Experience –

    • Excellent analytical, organizational, problem solving, verbal and written communication skills.
    • Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
    • Ability to work independently, within a team environment and with multiple priorities.
    • Proficient in current industry standard PC applications and systems (e.g., Access, Excel and Word).
    • Excellent Power Point skills and ability to present summarized information clearly and effectively.
    • Ability to work closely with the business and technical support teams in understanding and resolving issues.
    Education/Certifications


    – Include:

    • Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
    • Three (3) years project coordination experience in health plan operations or related field.
