We are looking for a passionate Recruiter | Talent Sourcer (m/f/d) at our locations in Bayreuth or Lehrte near Hannover.

Your contribution to TenneT:

  • As a Talent Sourcer (m/f/d), you will use the full range of innovative active sourcing techniques to attract suitable talents for us
  • You will also independently develop sourcing strategies, identify new channels, and build an internal talent pool so that potential candidates (m/f/d) feel connected to us
  • You will analyze recruiting trends and create appealing job advertisements
  • You will conduct information and job interviews with our talents
  • You will actively contribute to the design and improvement of companywide processes and standards in the areas of recruiting and sourcing

Your profile:

  • You have successfully completed your university degree (MINT, business administration, psychology, engineering, or similar)
  • You have solid experience in active sourcing and a confident handling of social media platforms (especially LinkedIn)
  • You have a convincing and professional appearance and excellent communication skills when approaching candidates (m/f/d) at all levels of hierarchy
  • You are professional in dealing with internal and external stakeholders and have a strong service mindset
  • You have an affinity for new IT tools, excellent MS
