Our unique self-developed testing equipment and indoor test tracks provide our customers with an unparalleled experience, in addition to the largest selection in the state of Minnesota.


We are looking to expand our team and are currently seeking a Workshop Manager (m/f/d) for our main location in Gelsenkirchen.


Your responsibilities:

  • You will lead our workshop team and coordinate all tasks in the workshop area
  • You will organize existing processes and optimize procedures (service intake, complaint handling, repair service, etc.)
  • You will ensure compliance with our quality standards and maintain a safe, orderly, and clean workshop environment

Your profile:

  • You have completed training as a bicycle mechanic (m/f/d), motorcycle mechanic (m/f/d), or have extensive professional experience in one of these trades, or have successfully completed further training as a motorcycle mechanic master
  • Ideally, you have previous experience in a similar leadership position
  • You have a selfsufficient, serviceoriented, and reliable work ethic
  • You know how to motivate, challenge, and support your team
