  • Ensuring optimal workshop and mechanic utilization
  • Maximizing sold hours
  • Handling all customer requests while considering efficiency and cost aspects
  • Processing and documenting warranty and guarantee cases
  • Documenting all activities in the workshop order
  • Assisting technicians with diagnosis and, if necessary, conducting diagnosis
  • Performing repairs in difficult cases
  • Ensuring the use of necessary workshop equipment
  • Final inspection of all completed tasks for completeness, cleanliness, and quality
  • Personnel management
  • Personnel planning in the workshop area
  • Conducting regular meetings
  • Ensuring all employees are uptodate with current information
  • Promoting and coaching employees according to their development potential
  • Regular internal and external training planning for technicians
