YOUR TASKS

  • You are responsible for independently accepting and processing orders
  • You provide customer support in writing and by phone
  • You handle customer inquiries and create quotes
  • You transfer and maintain data in the ERP system
  • You monitor the timely processing of customer orders

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk / office manager, industrial clerk, or similar
  • You have initial professional experience in order processing
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office, ideally SAP
  • You have good knowledge of English
