    Rebecca Kitson Law is an immigration law firm seeking a Bilingual Case Manager/Paralegal to work as part of the legal team to help people from all parts of the world achieve their immigration goals, while providing the highest level of legal excellence.

Under the supervision of attorneys, case managers assemble family- and humanitarian-based immigration applications. Case managers work with clients to obtain necessary information and supporting documents, complete forms, perform research, write persuasively, proofread, and serve as the primary point of contact on cases they are assigned.

    The position requires a strong commitment to our clients and the immigrant community. Case managers must be able to empathize with our clients and demonstrate effective communication and customer service skills. Case managers should be able to demonstrate comprehension of both written and spoken English and Spanish, attention to detail, time management skills and ability to work independently.

    This is a full-time (40 hours/week) position that offers flexible hours and extensive full benefits to include: health, dental, vision and life insurance; long and short term disability; generous PTO and 401(k) with employer match. We are a quickly expanding firm looking for a candidate who wishes to grow with us and be part of our long-term plans. Priority may be given to candidates with prior office and/or legal experience.

    Required Skills:

    • Demonstrate high level of rhetorical (persuasive) writing and editingskills
    • Thorough attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
    • Analytical mindset with a rigorous approach to evaluating arguments and evidence
    • Flexible and able to quickly adapt to rapid changes in the workplace
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
    • Strong word processing and computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with utilizing technology in your work

    Given the requirements for strong writing and editing skills, if you are selected, you may be required to respond to a writing prompt prior to an interview.
