    As a Home Purchase Case Manager, you will be an integral part of our dedicated team, helping clients efficiently navigate the complexities of the home buying process.


    Responsibilities:

    Client Support:
    Guide clients through the entire home purchase process, from pre-qualification to closing, ensuring they feel supported and informed at every stage

    Problem-Solving:
    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking to purchase a home by providing ongoing coaching and follow-up for a caseload of customers to ensure continual progress in becoming home buyer-ready

    Real Estate & Loan Coordination:
    Collaborate with our in-house Realtors and Loan Officers to ensure a smooth process for the client in their home search and financing

    Documentation Management:
    Oversee the gathering and verification of all necessary documents, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies

    Client Education:
    Educate clients about the intricacies of the home-buying process to empower them to make well-informed decisions. Assist as needed with financial education classes for potential homeowners.


    Community Outreach:
    Participate in Homewise Outreach events to promote and encourage community members to start their home purchase journey. Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
    Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    A problem-solving mindset with the capacity to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
    A passion for helping others and a genuine interest in the home-buying journey.
