    About The Role


    As an Account Manager in our fashion and accessory packaging business, you will help facilitate the many needs of our customers when it comes to their packaging.

    The main character trait we seek is reliability.

    Daily Activities

    Immediate responses to customer emails and phone calls to provide a world class level of service
    Send customers tracking information
    Collaborating with customers to suggest which packaging may be right for their particular project
    Facilitating requests with our amazing art department
    Being present on live customers calls and sending email recaps same day with what was discussed during the call and next steps
    Making sure projects are kept on schedule and that critical deadlines are met
    Explaining the many offerings of Contempo and which may be best for the scenario the customer is in
    Entering orders
    Keeping track of customer inventory levels


    As you can imagine, there are many steps involved with servicing a customer with excellence in the world of custom packaging.

    Responsibilities

    Conduct warm calling to prospective clients to generate new business leads
    Build and maintain relationships with existing clients
    Analyze client needs and develop customized solutions to meet their objectives
    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
    Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries or concerns in a timely manner
    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities

    Skills

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Strong sales and negotiation abilities
    Ability to analyze client requirements and propose effective solutions
    Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
    Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools

    $50,000 - $65,000 per year

    Customer Relationship Management (CRM). 3 years (Preferred)
