Professional Fire & Security, Inc. has become one of New England?s Fire Protection and Security experts. We are a full service Commercial, Industrial, and Residential Fire & Burglar Alarm Installation company.

We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager to help grow our business and expand our service side.

The Sales Account Manager is responsible for generating, cultivating and qualifying sales leads. In addition, the position is expected to generate and present proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales to attain goals. Post sale responsibilities include generating applicable documentation and coordinating with internal staff for scheduling and hand off. Position is expected to maintain client relationships.

  • Develop and implement a strategic growth plan for fire alarm, suppression and sprinkler service solutions.
  • Working with a base of existing customers to renew their existing fire service agreements and expand those agreements to include other fire service offerings. Knowledge of and strong networking relationships within the local building market such as building owners and facility managers, life safety managers strongly desired.
  • Provide timely and effective sales presentations to prospective customers.
  • Educate the market and customers on fire service capabilities and identify opportunities to address customer needs with solutions and services
Collaborate with operations and internal teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes
