- Discover customer product needs through probing questions and make proper material recommendations
- Calculate customer pricing from material and fabrication costs based on customer specifications
- Keep up-to-date on new products and applying new knowledge to your role
- Enter all quotes and orders into the inventory operating system (Epicor)
- Foundation in and a passion for a consultative, relationship-based sales role
- Comfort with CRM & inventory tracking software (Epicor)
- Knowledge and experience with plastics, distribution, fabrication, and supply chain
