Description
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Manager and Salesperson to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in fostering existing client relationships and driving our custom coin program sales.Responsibilities:
Manage and develop relationships with assigned accounts, exceeding sales targets through effective communication and strategic account management.
Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities for custom coin projects.
Guide clients through the design and production process of custom coins.
Prepare proposals and quotes, ensuring clear communication of pricing and timelines.
Contribute to the development and growth of our custom coin sales program.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports through our CRM platform.
Qualifications:
Experience in B2B and B2C sales and account management.
A proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of the US military/military awards is a plus.
