- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments such as Family Services, Family Support, Early Supports and Services, Community Services, and Individualized Services to address inquiries or concerns related to billing.
- Maintain up-to-date records of billing activities, payments, and outstanding balances.
- Assist in the development and implementation of billing procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay informed about State of NH regulations related to billing practices.
- Proven experience in a billing position or similar role with a strong understanding of billing processes and principles is a must.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our Finance group.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining a strong relationship with external vendors.
This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in billing software, a willingness/ability to learn new systems, flexibility to adjust to ongoing changes from external partners, and a keen eye for detail.
