- Incoming Raw Material: Receive and bar code incoming raw material; cut test coupons and validate chemical composition of stock; stack sheets and maintain inventory
- In-Process Material: Create Master Schedule based upon orders and workload; cut (shear or flat laser) blanks to feed press room; move all material to and from various departments
- (material includes in-process parts, dies, fixtures, assemblies, etc.)
- Shipping of finished product: Manage end-coating requirements for finished parts and assemblies; Manage part wash and tumbling requirements; Manage packaging and shipment of finished goods
- Dies, Fixtures, Tooling: Create and maintain Inventory (onsite and offsite) of all tooling; manage movement of all tooling (active and non-active); manage disposition of all tooling per company guidelines
- Master Schedule: Create and maintain a Master Schedule for all Production and Prototype activities based upon forecast and demand; Maintain daily. This schedule will be used by the entire shop to set the daily and weekly activities of the various departments.
- Inventory: Raw Material; In-Process Material, Dies, Fixtures and Tooling; Finished Sellable Parts, Purchased and Supplied Components.
- Any other duties as assigned.
