Key Responsibilities:


  • Create and implement marketing communication strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
  • Lead content specialists in creating consistent and engaging content forweb, social media, and print (e.g., blogs, conference participation, presentations, videos, etc.).
  • Champion the verbal and visual identity of the firm, ensuring all materials are on brand and adhere to our style guide.
  • Work with crossfunctional teams to communicate and implement new systems and initiatives.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and feedback to identify new opportunities.
  • Measure and report on the success of marketing efforts, using data to improve strategies.
  • Proactively identify needs, balance, and prioritize requests from all levels, and implement innovative solutions.
  • Provide regular coaching and mentoring to communications staff, giving meaningful feedback to help them thrive.
  • Contribute to the growth of the business by advancing the marketing communications function across regions and companywide.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing communications, with a proven track record.
  • 3+ years of experience leading communications initiatives and managing staff.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media and WordPress.
  • Strongleadership and project management skills.
  • Savvy analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies for different audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and collaborate with teams.
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint is a plus.
The salary range for this position is $100,000-$120,000 per year. Placement within the stated pay range will be determined based upon education, experience, and qualifications.


This position allows for mostly remote work, but you should be available to travel to the Roseville office 1-2 days a week, and occasionally to the corporate office in Walnut Creek.

Travel days will be scheduled in advance.
