    Perfil con clara orientacin al cliente internacional con experiencia mnima de 10 aos en Customer Service Manager/Back office Manager, capaz de asumir gran responsablidad en la empresa y ser el vnculo entre los diferentes departamentos (back office, administracin/contabilidad). En dependencia del director comercial y, en segunda instancia, del director general.

    Descripcin de la oferta

    Asistente al Departamento Comercial de Export.

    Autorizar bloqueos internos por cambio de precio y/o riesgo.

    Reporting riesgos generales de cliente y carga de pedidos mensual.

    Introduccin de tablas de rappels anuales de clientes de export y revisin de funcionamiento correcto.

    Introduccin de tablas de comisiones y registro, tras aprobacin.

    Segunda instancia en la resolucin de conflictos logsticos.

    Reclamacin semanal de pagos a clientes export.

    Registro de las condiciones comerciales (precio, pago, etc.) con todos los clientes y seguimiento de la autorizacin de Director Comercial.

    Seguimiento del proveedor de diseo y del material de venta (catlogos, anuncios, etc.). Registro de todos los materiales.

    Registrar y mantener al da las Presentaciones comerciales.

    Organizar comunicaciones a clientes (vacaciones, cambios, nuevos productos, etc.) e internas (programas de produccin, nuevos productos, etc.).

    Responsable de la interlocucin diaria con el Country Manager de la sede de Italia:

    Contacto con representantes.

    Gestin de conflictos con clientes.

    Organizacin y coordinacin de eventos y ferias (nacionales e internacionales).

    Gestin de contratos comerciales con clientes:

    Registro y archivo, propuesta y elaboracin de borradores, seguimiento firma y condiciones internas de contrato, amoritzaciones de export, documentacin del procedimiento de export.

    Perfil del candidato

    Dominio del Italiano y del Ingls (imprescindibles ambos). Muy valorables positivamente el Cataln y/o el Francs.

    Formacin universitaria.

    Dominio del programa Navision, Excel y Power Point.

    Experiencia mnima de 10 aos realizando las funciones descritas anteriormente.

    Clara orientacin al cliente internacional.

    Perfil analtico con clara mentalidad de servicio, responsabilidad, extroversin y empata.

    Capacidad de sntesis y de ordenacin.

    Residencia en Valls Occidental.

    Acostumbrada/o a trabajar bajo presin y objetivos.
