    Description


    As a Development Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the organization's fundraising efforts and fostering donor relationships.

    You will be responsible for gift processing and data entry, donor acknowledgments, and coordinating major donor challenge grants during pledge drives.

    This position also serves as a liaison between the Development Division and both the Membership and Finance Divisions.

    Required Skills & Experience


    • Data Processing and Gift Management Assistance (50%)
    a. Track incoming gifts, decipher which account each gift is coded to and allocate those per department
    i. Customer service for internal dept.
    b


    Tracking and data:
    i. Data audit, data health, data cleanup
    ii. Enter into CRM (revolution online)
    iii. Organize digital copies of donor things
    2. Donor Stewardship and Coms (30%)
    a. Create and send donor acknowledgments
    b. Create impact statements, donor newsletters etc
    3. Special Projects (20%)
    a. Process enhancement for long term donor tracking and entry
    New platforms, new software

    Nice to Have Skills & Experience

    • CRM experience (Revolutions Online/ROI)

    CRM:
    Blackbot, salesforce

    • Microsoft Office Suite
    • Excel
    • Data entry/customer service
    • Non-Profit background working with gifts/checks
    • Experience working in a remote environment
    Bachelors/Associates

    Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
