- Leads Media day-to-day and sets the tone for continuous improvement
- Leverages insights to create strategies to improve targeting and overall performance
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders particularly Marketing Activation to ensure seamless execution of media campaigns
- Oversees Marketing investment budgets, developing allocation across channels
- Partners with Analytics on Marketing Optimization (Media / Marketing Mix Modeling) to measure and improve Return on Advertising Spend and Marketing Contribution to the business on a year-over-year basis ,
- Monitors campaign performance real-time developing and fine tuning dashboarding and reporting for continuous improvement of results
- 5+ years of experience in Media agency and/or in-house and business
- Proficiency in media planning tools and analytics platforms
- Experience with dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Domo, ideally building internal performance marketing measurement and optimization capabilities
- Strategic-thinker and problem-solver with strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous and highly organized with strong project management capabilities
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required
- Proactive with a self-starter mentality, strong collaborator and collaborative nature
- Agility to adapt with shifting priorities and comfortable with ambiguity
- Ideal: Experience with large data warehousing environments (e.g., Teradata, Oracle)

The Manager, Media Investment and Optimization will be a critical leader in the Marketing organization, ensuring an optimal management of the P&L.
