Description :
In support of Commercial Strategy, the A ssociate Director, US Strategic Decision Intelligence, Hematology develops and delivers analytical assessment and modeling capability to the US market for Hematology brands to drive analytically informed decision making

Key Responsibilities and Major Duties

  • Supports the evaluation, improvement and development of functional capabilities related to econometric modeling, resource allocation, segmentation, test & learn frameworks, customer analytics and omni channel marketing analytics
  • Develops response models, resource allocation simulations, and proforma investment analysis
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a questioning mindset to ensure accuracy and reliability of analysis
  • Ensures brand level resource allocation recommendations align with channel level activities, establishing a link between strategic choice and operational execution
  • Communicate complex analytical findings and insights to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders through clear and compelling visualizations, reports and presentations
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills"to translate"complex analyses into what it means for the business in an articulate insights and recommendations style
  • Develops Omnichannel measurement plan in partnership with Omnichannel strategy team
  • Assists in goal setting to track the performance of leading indicator KPIs for nonpersonal channels
  • R esponsible for design and execution of t est & c ontrol/ROI analysis, multichannel optimization and business impact assessments
  • Employs disruptive thinking to improve value to the business and our patients through deepened market understanding, strea mlined business engagement and practically applied, data driven analytics
  • Passion for continuous learning and improvement with a keen interest in exploring new and innovative ways to enhance the quality and impact of analyses
Qualifications/Degree/Certification/Licensure

  • BA/BS required (quantitative area of study preferred)
  • MBA/other graduate degree preferred
  • 5+ y ears of Analytical Experience
  • Superior knowledge of secondary healthcare data
  • Indepth understanding of applied analytics and advanced statistical models (regression modeling, ANCOVA, econometric modeling etc.)
  • Strong understanding of digital/nonpersonal tactics like website, paid search, social media, third party etc
  • Proficiency in R/Python, SQL, Tableau, MS Office Suite
  • Familiarity with w eb analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) is a plus
