- Manage the daily receiving process, ensuring adherence to established procedures and safety protocols.
- Lead and direct receiving team members in efficiently unloading, organizing, and verifying incoming shipments in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize strong attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely product receipt using our warehouse management system (WMS).
- Identify and resolve time-sensitive discrepancies with vendor shipments, including filing claims for overages, shortages, or damaged goods.
- Maintain clear communication with the Warehouse Manager regarding receiving operations and any potential issues.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to maintain accurate inventory records through participation in cycle counts and audits.
- Provide ongoing training and mentorship to develop the skills and knowledge of receiving team members.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment within the receiving team.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role (preferred).
- Physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve set goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, vendors, and warehouse management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies in shipments.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel (preferred).

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Receiving Leader to lead our receiving operations.
