QSE7, a Pennsylvania-based life sciences consulting company, is seeking to hire or contract a high-aptitude individual to provide project management services to a consumer healthcare client in Fort Washington, PA.
Typical projects will pertain to the development and scale-up of new OTC medicines and will involve implementation, qualification and validation of processing and packaging equipment.
Project management responsibilities will include scope definition, stakeholder alignment, project planning, resource and risk management, project leadership, team development, project organization and communication, metrics and reporting.

Required Experience/QualificationsBachelor's degree, preferably in Science, Mathematics/Statistics, or Industrial EngineeringA minimum of five (5) years of relevant business experience in a GMP environment, with a minimum of three (3) years of increasing responsibility in the over-the-counter (OTC) consumer products and/or pharmaceutical industriesExcellent oral, written, presentation communication skillsProven record of leading teams and delivering resultsStrong business and financial acumenExperience with MS ProjectDemonstrated enterprise-wide knowledge and experience leading/motivating cross-functional teamsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications
Preferred Experience/QualificationsPMP CertificationDemonstrated leadership & influencing skills across various organizational levels
Travel Requirements50% of project work will be executed on-site at a client facility in Fort Washington, PA; 50% will be executed from home office.
