Description
The Project Manager will
be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

and new construction/build. You will have the opportunity to support, lead, develop, and implement standards.
This position reports to the Director of Operations and works with Real Estate and General/Regional managers and team members based in California, Oregon, and Washington.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that all project requirements are met
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates
Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as required
Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and other project-related documents
Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and building codes
Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, and manage their delivery and storage
Monitor and report on project progress, and provide regular updates
Manage and support a highly driven group of general managers, maintenance vendors, contractors, service providers and technicians; Utilize a proactive approach with emphasis on attention to detail at all levels of building operations
Responsible for directing the day-to-day facility operations of the studios, and affiliated business units including budgeting (operational and capital), expense control, preventative maintenance program management, managing all building components (including HVAC, plumbing, Fire/Life Safety, electrical systems,
property issues, etc ), maintaining the aesthetic of the studios, and maximizing the customer experience.
Perform or manage routine maintenance and make repairs as needed, such as but not limited to, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, general carpentry, painting, drywall repair, locks, and preventative maintenance work
Schedule routine inspections and emergency or other repairs with outside vendors
Perform biannual studio walkthroughs in order to plan, present, and complete capex projects
Complete any other tasks, projects and job duties as assigned and/or deemed appropriate
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering successful construction projects
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of contractors and subcontractors
Sound knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and building codes
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
Certifications or licensed in plumbing, mechanical, or electrical trades are preferred
Ability to operate various types of tools and equipment safely and lift various items up to 50lb
Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email
Ability to travel out of state for multiple days at a time
Professional, punctual, and reliable
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, vendors and the general public
