As the Regional Sales ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Analysis:
Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives with a focus on total sales revenue and booked margin growth.
Analyze market trends in collaboration with Sales Ops team to inform resource deployment.Targets:
Collaborate with sales ops and finance to set sales targets for the team and ensure they are achievable and align with company strategy
Management & Training:
Communicate, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets and goals. Provide training to sales teams to improve their skills and knowledge. Ensure cross Glass and Metal team collaboration.
Monitoring & Reporting:
Monitor sales performance on continual basis and take corrective action if necessary. Report performance to senior leadership. Ensures team is tracking customer interactions, activities, managing sales pipeline and reporting in CRM.
Relationships:
Fosters relationships with customers, sales team, and internal partners.
Employ all available resources to deliver an unparalleled customer experience.
Sales:
Engage in sales motion on challenging or critical customers as necessary to drive growth.
