Responsibilities
Professional, administrative, and operational coordination of the sales team, reporting directly to management and executive board
Tasks
- Leadership and expansion of an experienced team of 40 employees at the Handewitt location (near Flensburg)
- Implementation and further development of our sales strategy
- Precise sales control through our business intelligence monitoring system
- Analysis of market developments and derivation of sales measures
- Preparation and regular conduct of sales meetings and team meetings
- Expansion and implementation of training and coaching measures
- Development of an interactive conversation guide for successful sales conversations and handling of objections
- Further development and promotion of new customer acquisition
- Implementation of target group-specific sales and marketing activities
- Coordination and sales support at trade fairs and lecture events
- Accompaniment of job interviews for the needs-based expansion of the team
Requirements
- Completed university degree with a focus on business or technology, completed commercial training, or a comparable qualification
