Key Responsibilities

1. Actively seek out and identify new opportunities for ECHEMI by following up on leads and contacting both existing and potential customers;

2. Reach out to potential customers and targeted prospects to promote and expand initiatives within the company;

3. Gather market information, analyze data, and make marketing proposals;

4. Monitor and manage orders, ensuring timely delivery and payment, and providing solutions in the event of customer complaints;

5. Continuously improve communication and relationship building skills, as well as knowledge of products and markets.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in food science preferred;

2. Extensive knowledge of the food and nutrition market segments in Germany and surrounding countries;

3. Strong ability to communicate with international colleagues;

4. Excellent organizational and analytical skills for tracking, managing, and analyzing customer leads;

5. Assertive individual with the ability to identify and deliver insights and solutions to both internal and external customers.
