- Processing wealth management and retirement plan consulting agreements, and working with Commonwealth advisors and third parties to ensure proper processing of consulting business
- Providing indispensable customer service via phone and email, and responding to inquiries from advisors and others regarding consulting business
- Resolving discrepancies in consulting fee payments
- Backing up our in-house Service Center team by answering questions and resolving escalated issues
- Working with the Transition team to help new advisors transfer their advisory business to Commonwealth
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple priorities with ease
