    We are looking for an innovative AI and Data Science Leader to drive the power of artificial intelligence and data science in our organization. As the AI and Data Science Leader, you will have a key role in shaping the future of our company by spearheading strategic initiatives, creating cutting-edge solutions, and leading a team of skilled professionals.

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Strategy Development:
      Collaborate with senior management to establish and implement a comprehensive AI and data science strategy that aligns with the company's objectives, utilizing advanced AI technologies such as LLMs and deep learning frameworks.
      Identify opportunities to apply AI and data science across various departments to enhance efficiency and drive innovation.
    • Team Leadership:
      Guide and support a team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and AI experts, fostering a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous growth.
      Provide direction in the development and deployment of AI solutions to automate tasks and optimize workflows.
    • Project Management:
      Oversee the execution of AI and data science projects focused on productivity improvement, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
      Effectively manage resources, prioritize tasks, and minimize project risks to achieve concrete productivity enhancements.
    • Change Management and Adoption:
      Develop strategies for driving AI technology adoption throughout the organization, gaining support from key stakeholders and addressing resistance to change.
      Conduct training sessions to enhance employee skills in AI concepts and tools, fostering a culture of AI awareness and empowerment.
    • Partnership Development:
      Establish strategic partnerships with external entities like academic institutions and technology vendors to access expertise in automation and AI.
      Collaborate with diverse teams to seamlessly integrate AI solutions into existing systems, promoting adoption and maximizing effectiveness.
    • Innovation and Research:
      Keep updated on the latest AI, machine learning, and data science developments to explore their potential for enhancing productivity in the biotech sector.
      Drive innovation by investigating new techniques and methodologies to address productivity challenges and deliver significant outcomes.

    Qualifications and Skills:
    • Advanced degree (Ph.D. or Master's) in computer science, statistics, bioinformatics, or related disciplines.
      Proven experience in leadership roles within AI, machine learning, or data science, preferably in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry, delivering measurable business value through AI and ML applications.
      Technical proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or Java, and hands-on experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn, as well as LLM's and prompt engineering.
      Skilled in leading multidisciplinary teams, with outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
      In-depth knowledge of biotech processes, data types, and regulatory standards, capable of translating business requirements into technical solutions.
      Strategic mindset focused on innovation and driving tangible business outcomes through AI and data science, aiming for significant productivity enhancements.
      Experience in change management and promoting AI technology adoption in large organizations.

    Compensation:

    The base salary will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, and market demands. The role may also include bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits like flexible PTO, health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
