    Job DescriptionSalary:

    We have two positions to fill for Part Time Contact Center Representative. The hours are :

    Position #1: 10:00am - 2:00pm plus Saturday mornings on a rotating schedule

    Position #2: 1:00pm - 5:30/6:00pm plus Saturday mornings on a rotating schedule

    Role:

    As a member of the TPFCU family, all team members come to work every single day, with the purpose of helping our members reach their financial goals, passionate about exceeding expectations, and pride in knowing that we have made a difference in the lives of those we serve.

    As a member of our team, the CCR assists TPFCU in living out its mission by delivering outstanding service to internal and external members. Through various communication channels such as telephone, email, and chat, you will:

    • Handle member inquiries,
    • Provide information and offer solutions,
    • Resolve issues related to financial products and services, and
    • Display behaviors aligned with TPFCU values and service standards for internal and external customers, members, and guests.

    Requirements:

    Candidates must have one to three years of experience in an incoming call-center setting and one year of retail sales and service experience and at least one year of experience in a retail, sales, and service environment. Previous experience in a financial institution is preferred.
